SkillzU© is a digital and hybrid cross-curricular solution developed for educational institutions based on mental health assets. SkillzU is a health-promoting training pathway that uses a serious, non-competitive, non-comparative game format, training 15 life skills.
The program is framed within a doctoral research project on improving adolescents’ mental health and benefits from a Neotec-23 (CDTI) grant for the development of new metrics, the Brain Health Indicator (BHI).
The associated scientific and technological research program is focused on the needs of the modern world and, based on sound scientific evidence, aims to expand knowledge in mental health, improving medical, educational and social indicators such as early school leaving, premature mortality, alcohol abuse, substance abuse and others.
