eXiT is part of the SITES – Smart IT engineering and Services research group, awarded with a consolidated distinction (2021 SGR 01125) for the 2022-2024 period in the Consolidated Research Group (SGR) project of the Generalitat de Catalunya. The members o the group has renewed this distinction every four years since 1995.

The E-LAND (Integrated multi-vector management System for Energy Islands) project has been one of the finalists in the “Smart Energy” category in the XI Edition of the enerTIC Awards 2021, awards for innovation and technology for energy efficiency in the digital era, organized by the enerTIC platform.

Natàlia Mordvanyuk, Jaume Gauchola, Beatriz López have been awarded as the Best Paper in the 34th IEEE CBMS International Symposium on Computer-Based Medical Systems with the article: Understanding affective behaviour from physiological signals: Feature learning versus pattern mining.

eXiT- Control Engineering and Intelligent Systems is a TECNIO accredited agent. The TECNIO certification created by the Government of Catalonia, through ACCIÓ, identifies differential applied technology providers and facilitators.

eXiT has won the Eureka Innovation Award 2018 in the category: Innovations of Tomorrow. The eXiT group was chosen as a partner in the MEDIATE project. This annual prize rewards EUREKA projects that have made making significant headway in the development of a new innovative product, service or process.

The members o the group has renewed this distinction every four years since 1995.

eXiT has won the ITEA Vice-chairman’s award: the ITEA Award of Excellence for SME Success. The eXiT group was chosen as a partner in the MoSHCa project. MoSHCA is a very successful SME-led project geared to improving patient-doctor interaction and controlling chronic diseases.

eXiT has been awarded the Second prize in the Health Innovation Award promoted by the Instituto de Investigación Valle de Hebrón presenting the app Neonatologist at Home (NoAH)

eXiT has won the ITEA Excellence Award 2015 in the category: Business impact. The eXiT group was chosen as a partner in the MEDIATE project. The ITEA Excellence Award highlights the best practice – high level technical contributions based on true European collaboration that lead to significant results.

Pablo Gay, Beatriz López, Albert Pla, J.Saperas and Carles Pous have been awarded as the Best Paper in the book of IMIA association (IMIA 2014 Yearbook of Medical Informatics) with the article: “Enabling the use of hereditary information from pedigree tools in medical knowledge-based systems”

The members o the group has renewed this distinction every four years since 1995.

eXiT has won the ITEA Excellence Award 2013 in the category: Seizing the High Grounds(impact), Exploitation and Standardisation. The eXiT group was chosen as a partner in the IMPONET project. The ITEA Excellence Award highlights the best practice – high level technical contributions based on true European collaboration that lead to significant results. The IMPONET deliveries demonstrate the feasibility of a new kind of electricity network management. 

Xavier Berjaga was awarded with the ACIA Second Prize to The Best Master Thesis in Artificial Intelligence, offered by the ACIA (Catalan Association for the Artificial Intelligence) during the CCIA 2009 conference.

eXiT is part of the Automation Engineering and Decision Support Systems(AEDS) research group, awarded with a consolidated distinction (2009 SGR 523) for the 2009-2012 period in the Consolidated Research Group (SGR) project of the Generalitat de Catalunya. The members o the group has renewed this distinction every four years since 1995.

Victor Muñoz was awarded with the ACIA Second Prize to The Best Master Thesis in Artificial Intelligence, offered by the ACIA (Catalan Association for the Artificial Intelligence) during the CCIA 2009 conference.

Javier Murillo and Víctor Muñoz were the 1^st classified in the 2008 International ART (Agent Reputation and Trust) Testbed Competition. Estoril, Portugal. May 12-16.

Javier Murillo was awarded with the Best Student Paper at the Fourth Biennial Meeting: International Congress on Environmental Modelling and Software.

Javier Murillo, Víctor Muñoz, Beatriz López and Dídac Busquets were awarded with the Best Paper at the Sixth German Conference on Multiagent Systems Technologies.
