The IEEE Journal on Biomedical and Health Informatics (top 3 in Health Information Management) has decided to illustrate the Medical Informatics section of the January issue with the bolus insulin recommendation system. This system uses case-based reasoning (CBR) for diabetes type 1which has been developed by the eXiT group at the UdG within the European project H2020 PEPPER (Patient Empowerment through Predictive PERsonalised decision support).
